Victore was created out of recognition that a great many honest, hard working Oklahomans were not getting their bonding needs met by the other major insurance companies. The major insurance companies considered many Oklahoma contractors and sub-contractors as being too small, too new, too unprofitable or too unprofessional.

Victore is an ideal market for bonds of $1 million or less, although we are capable of issuing bonds up to $5 million. By virtue of Victore’s reinsurance treaties, we are capable of providing bonds in all 50 states and in many of the U.S. Territories. We can provide Treasury Listed bonds as well.
