		Altus E. Wilder, III Chief Executive Officer Altus has over thirty-five years of experience in banking and surety with the last 22 years in surety. He is the founder of Victore Insurance Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Altus has also served on the Board of Directors of several banks, energy companies, property and casualty insurance companies and a hospital. Altus is also a certified public accountant. He taught at Southern Methodist University where he is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.
		Tina E. Switzer President, Chief Operating Officer Tina has been a surety underwriter with Victore Insurance Company since June 1988. She has over 28 years of surety underwriting experience. Tina is a member of Victore's Board of Directors and serves on all committees for the company. She has instructed at various surety underwriting seminars in the state of Oklahoma and is a member of the Surety Underwriters Association of Oklahoma. As a licensed agent, she currently holds licenses to write surety business in 42 states.
		Andrew C. Allison Executive Vice President, Chief Underwriter Officer Andy has been with Victore Insurance Company since January 1993. He also brings to Victore over 28 years of construction/contract experience. Sixteen of those years being in contract surety. As a native Oklahoman, and a licensed agent, Andy's experience offers a unique insight into a wide variety of our customer's needs. He is a member Victore's Board of Directors and serves on various committees within the company. Andy is a member of the Surety Underwriters Association of Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.
		Barbara K. Pilgrim Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Administration Specialist Barbara has been with Victore Insurance Company since July 1994. She currently serves on the Board of Directors as well as various committees within the company. Barbara is an experienced executive who has held various administrative positions for companies engaged primarily in insurance, engineering, consulting and banking. She is a graduate of Tulsa Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in Business.
		Tracy L. Kyle Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer Tracy has been with Victore Insurance Company since February 1998. She came to Victore with experience in accounting and customer service. She worked as a surety underwriter for a year before moving into the accounting department. Tracy was elected to Victore's Board of Directors in June, 2007 and serves on various committees within the company. She is a graduate of Rose State College with an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting and a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
		Barbara M. Paske Assistant Vice President, Surety Underwriter Barb has been with Victore Insurance Company since October 2001. She has 27 years of experience in processing and supervising surety operations on both the company and the agency side of the business. Barb handles underwriting of all Quik-VIC accounts along with new miscellaneous, license and permit, oil & gas and contract bond submissions. She also assists customers and agents with bond questions and inquiries on new and existing bonds.
		Diana K. Plackemeier Regional Marketing Manager Diana joined the Victore Insurance Company team in October of 2006. She brings over 20 years Sales and Marketing experience in the Oklahoma market. Her primary responsibilities are to communicate the scope of our products, programs and services to our agencies, while ascertaining how we may better serve their needs.
		Tara N. Switzer Surety Renewal Underwriter Tara originally joined the Victore Insurance Company team in 2003 as a part time employee while pursuing her Bachelors Degree at Oklahoma State University. She became a full time staff member in January 2007 to fill a need in our expanding underwriting department. Her primary duties include processing and review of all renewal bonds. She also underwrites License & Permit and Miscellaneous bonds.
		Andy Alsip Vice President, Senior Surety Underwriter Andy is the most recent addition to the Victore team, joining the company in May 2008. He is originally from Oklahoma and has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, including eleven years as a contract surety underwriter. Andy has extensive working knowledge of surety underwriting. His underwriting experience extends into several states which include Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado and California. Andy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. Andy is a member of the Surety Underwriters Association of Oklahoma.
